Introducing Carol!
Carol has been a volunteer barista at the Freedom Café for about four years. She began volunteering with us during her freshman year at UNH after attending a Perform for Freedom event. She has since graduated, but continues to live in the area and volunteer each week.

Carol's favorite part about being involved with the Freedom Café is the community that it fosters by creating a welcoming space for people to meet and connect. It has taught her a lot about the power of community action and the impact small organizations can have, especially when they are made up of such passionate and motivated individuals!
