Meet Briella!
Brielle is one of our new café volunteers this semester and helps out at our Perform for Freedom open mic nights every Wednesday. Briella's favorite part about her experience volunteering so far is the community she was able to find through the café. She loves how welcoming and inclusive the space is and how it allows people to gather to enjoy delicious coffee and crepes.

Through her short time with the café, Briella says she has already learned so much about what it takes to be a conscious consumer. In her words, "We as consumers have the power to make a real difference through our purchasing decisions. By choosing to support fair trade and ethical businesses, we can make a difference! No matter how big or small that purchase may be, even if it's starting with where you buy your coffee!"
